Sales Promoter

Job Summary

You will promote pastries, mooncakes, and baked goods while engaging customers to drive sales and support events across island-wide locations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote pastries, mooncakes, and baked goods to customers to increase product awareness and sales
• Engage customers by providing product recommendations tailored to their preferences to enhance their purchase experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays to attract and retain customer interest
• Support roadshows, events, and promotional activities on a project or ad-hoc basis to boost brand presence and sales
• Record sales data and customer feedback accurately to inform future marketing and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and contribute to overall event success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Availability to work at events and roadshows, including weekends on an ad-hoc, project-based basis
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude to foster positive customer interactions
• Previous sales or food promotion experience is advantageous but not mandatory
