We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Promotions Distribution and Safety Specialist in Tipton IN. This role is responsible for the outbound shipment of Pioneer and Multi-Channel brand field signs, Tools of the Trade orders, and applicators, as well as the receipt of inbound shipments for all inventory housed at the Tipton site, including field signs, sign materials, and other items. In addition, the Specialist leads ongoing safety training and compliance efforts across the site.

This role will be on site at the Corteva location.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver orders on time (both standard and custom orders) while balancing multiple requests and competing deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality, minimizing rework through careful review of orders, inventory selection, and verification of items at the point of packaging.
- Maintain organized inventory, clean work areas, and safe material-handling practices to support uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor packaging requirements for inventory items and communicate needs to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Promotions team members to train, lead, and coach others to support quality control and provide instruction in sign-making techniques as needed.
- Complete packaging and shipping activities using various vendor systems such as RXO Connect, FedEx, and USPS tools.
- Record and report shipment metrics.
- Support annual warehouse setup and continuously evaluate inventory levels and space utilization for Specialty Sign Shop materials.
- Conduct quarterly inventory audits.
- Deliver daily mail to campus buildings.
- Adhere to and enforce all company safety and PPE requirements, with the goal of zero safety incidents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
What Skills You Need:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use the software systems required to perform the essential functions of the role.
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy and speed.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently with minimal supervision
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout a production and warehouse environment for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and finished goods; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required, with assistance or appropriate equipment as needed.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment.
- Comfortable working in typical warehouse conditions, including noise, dust, and temperature variation, while consistently following PPE and safety requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification, as required, and to operate material-handling equipment in accordance with established safety standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the safety certifications necessary to ensure on-site staff are properly trained and that safety protocols are consistently followed.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience with packaging, shipping, and order-fulfillment processes.
- Working knowledge of equipment safety procedures such as lockout/tagout and routine equipment inspections.
- Prior forklift experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train team members.
