Sales Proposal Specialist (Pre-Sales) - EdTech
Our client is a leading provider of digital education solutions, supporting institutions across the Middle East and Egypt. They are seeking a Pre-Sales / Proposal Sales Specialist to create compelling presentations and tailored sales proposals that enable the sales team to win new business and expand existing accounts. Description * Develop high-quality, customized sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses aligned with client requirements * Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and craft winning solution narratives * Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, demos, and executive meetings * Translate product features into clear value propositions tailored to education stakeholders * Manage proposal timelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery * Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable assets * Support bid strategy, pricing inputs, and documentation for tenders and large deals * Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen positioning and messaging Job Offer * Opportunity to work with a high-growth, impact-driven education technology leader * Exposure to regional projects across the Middle East and Egypt * Collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong career progression potential
* 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, or sales proposal development (preferably in EdTech) * Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating executive-level presentations * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is a must * Proven ability to translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive content * Experience working with sales teams across multiple regions (Middle East / North Africa preferred) * High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
