What You'll Do

As a PT Sales Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our valued guests and effective communication for leadership and staff.

Your work will include:

• • • Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression

    • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

    • Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member

    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, showroom, and waiting lounge

    • Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.

    • Assist the sales teams with admin support as needed

    • Log customer information accurately in the CRM

    • Provide accurate information regarding dealership hours, promotions, ect.

    • Uphold a professional appearance and always comply with dealership policies

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete the required background check and drug screen
• Work experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel) and business phone systems are a plus
