Responsibility
- 100% ON SITE!
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region
- Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
- Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
- Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
