Short company intro

Neat N Tidy is a residential house cleaning company based in the Denver area. Our website is neatntidy.co. We book cleanings for US homeowners and send vetted, insured local cleaners to their homes. Customers find us on Google and Bing, call or fill out a form, and our sales team reaches them quickly. Most of our revenue is won on that first conversation.

Recurring service (every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks) is the heart of the business. A recurring customer is worth many times a one-time customer, so every call ends with a clear recommendation to go recurring when it fits.

The role

We are hiring a remote Sales Rep for inbound and outbound phone sales selling residential house cleaning to US homeowners (B2C). You will answer inbound leads, call back web leads, quote cleanings, book jobs, and upsell customers onto recurring service. This is a high-volume phone seat. You will work from a quiet workspace with reliable internet, speak professional English on every call, and keep clean notes in our CRM so Ops and Customer Success can deliver what you sold.

What success looks like

- You answer and return leads quickly so customers talk to a real person while they are still deciding
- You quote clearly, book the right clean the first time, and recommend recurring on every good-fit call
- Your notes are complete enough that Ops can schedule without guessing
- You stay calm, warm, and confident when someone says the price is too high
- You hit a steady daily call volume and keep your calendar full of booked jobs

Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

Answer inbound phone leads and call back web form leads the same day. Run a full discovery call: understand the home, the timing, and why they are calling. Quote with confidence, handle objections, and book the cleaning before you hang up whenever you can.

2. Upsell to recurring service

On every good-fit call, recommend a recurring plan (weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks) and explain why it saves the customer time and keeps the home consistent. One-time cleans are fine when that is what the customer needs. Recurring is the goal when it fits.

3. Keep the CRM and booking notes accurate

Enter every lead outcome in our CRM. Write clear booking notes so Ops knows access details, pets, parking, and anything special about the home. Incomplete notes create day-of problems for cleaners and customers.

4. Hit your daily volume

Expect a high volume phone day. You will often make and take 60 or more calls in a shift. Stay organized, keep your energy up, and treat every lead like it matters.

5. Work inside company pricing and policy

Hold our pricing and discount rules. Do not invent offers. When something is outside your authority, get the facts and escalate cleanly to your manager.

Requirements (must have)

- At least 1 year of phone sales or call center sales experience
- Professional spoken and written English for live calls with US homeowners
- Comfortable making and taking 60 or more calls in a work day
- Prior CRM use in a sales or call center role
- Quiet professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup plan
- Available for a 5-day schedule that includes one or two weekend days, with 2 consecutive days off, as your main full-time job
- Flexible on exact shift times in Mountain Time (MT)
- Available to start within 2 weeks of an offer

Nice to haves

- Home services, cleaning, or other appointment-based consumer sales (preferred, does not disqualify)
- Experience selling recurring or subscription plans
- Spanish (many of our cleaners speak Spanish)
- Familiarity with Quo or OpenPhone, BookingKoala, GoHighLevel, or Slack

Location: Remote - Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Puerto Rico
