Role purpose:

Provide operational support to KAMs and EMEA Sales teams through efficient handling of quotation, pricing, customer master data, and documentation processes.

YOUR TASKS

• End-to-end processing of defined Sales tasks such as pricing updates and overdues, support in contract and documentation workflows, handling supplier portals and communicate updates (raised via Service Now)
• Act as process owner for respective hub processes
• Administrative support for KAMs with partial customer interaction
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and process standards
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Controlling, and KAM teams
• Manage data management and maintenance of global sales databases, e.g. ERP and CRM (SAP)
• Run customer and market information research
• Support in Task Force Management

YOUR PROFILE

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in Sales Backoffice, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SAP/CRM systems
• Team-oriented working style
• Professional communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken), minimum level B2
