Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
- Understand customer needs through active listening and insightful questions.
- Guide customers through our inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
- Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle options clearly.
- Negotiate pricing and complete sales contracts accurately.
- Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new models, features, and financing options.
Requirements
