We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join a leading company in the mobility and technology sector, helping to grow its partner network across Lisbon.
Location: Amoreiras, Lisbon (primarily field-based)
Contract: 6 months
Base Salary: ,285 gross/month
Meal Allowance: .62/day
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential partners across the Lisbon area;
Present the benefits of joining the platform and answer any questions from prospective partners;
Support new partners throughout the registration, onboarding, and activation process;
Build strong and trusted relationships with partners;
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities;
Gather field insights and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the partner experience;
Contribute to the launch and growth of strategic initiatives across the city.
We are looking for professionals with:
At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
A dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset;
A passion for working in the field and engaging with people on a daily basis;
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment;
A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
