Sales representative Debt Collection
- Actively identify and acquire new clients for Coface Debt Collection services.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present Coface solutions and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Prepare tailored commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Debt Collection business portfolio.
- Follow up with new customers and support a smooth onboarding process.
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using existing IT tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree (professional or university level) in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience;or
- Higher vocational degree in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Experience in B2B sales and new business acquisition will be considered an advantage.
- Native-level proficiency in Slovenian and permanent residency in Slovenia are required
