Sales Representative

Desert Ready Mix is a well-established company in Arizona. We have been open since 2014. We are looking for a Batch Plant Operator for our Nevada location. We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable professional to join our team and help us grow our customer base while maintaining the high service standards our existing customers depend on.

The Sales Representative is a position at the core of our customer-facing operations. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing and retaining existing accounts, and providing hands-on job support to ensure our customers' pours go smoothly. This is not a desk job — you will be in the field, on job sites, and in front of customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments in the Las Vegas metro area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, concrete subcontractors, project managers, and owners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide on-site job service support — monitoring load timing and placement conditions to help customers achieve successful pours
• Communicate technical guidance with support from the Quality Control team to customers on mix designs, admixtures, and ACI/ASTM standards as applicable to their project requirements
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant operations to ensure accurate scheduling, load sequencing, and on-time delivery
• Prepare and present quotes, respond to bid requests, and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and account history using company tools
• Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and customer meetings
