Sales Representative / Engineering Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the market and manage client relationships for products such as construction aggregates and ready-mixed concrete, targeting contractors and infrastructure projects.

1. 2. Analyze local market demand, formulate sales strategies, and meet performance targets.

1. 3. Coordinate logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.

1. 4. Follow up on project bids, provide quotations, and assist with contract negotiations.

1. 5. Collect industry and competitor intelligence to provide market feedback and insights.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates or concrete industry, with strong knowledge of the Malaysian construction market.

1. 2. Solid understanding of bulk construction materials, pricing structures, and supply chain management.

1. 3. Existing client base in the construction industry (preferably with developers, main contractors, or batching plants).

1. 4. Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is an added advantage.

1. 5. Must hold a valid drivers license and be willing to travel frequently for client meetings and regional assignments.
