DO YOU KNOW HOW TO PROSPECT, BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, AND CLOSE?

Brauman Inc. provides commercial fleet maintenance, mobile repairs, and heavy-duty truck service for businesses throughout South Florida. We're hiring a sales representative to bring new fleet customers to our team and help us grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Hunt for new fleet accounts in Pompano Beach and north Broward
• Go after businesses with vans, trucks, and service vehicles — couriers, contractors, distributors, and city and utility fleets
• Cold call, email, and stop by in person to get in front of decision makers
• Present our services, put together quotes, and win their business
• Keep a steady pipeline of new opportunities
• Work with our shop team to make sure new customers are set up and taken care of
• Report on your leads and closed deals each week

WHAT YOU NEED

• Proven sales and closing ability
• Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling
• Self-driven and works well independently
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Automotive, trucking, or fleet sales experience
• Contacts with local fleet operators
• Knowledge of fleet card or leasing programs (Element, WEX, Merchants)
• Spanish
