Job Title: Sales Representative (French language) - iGaming Industry

Location: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct welcome calls to new players, introducing them to the brand and platform.

· Explain available games, promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs in a clear and engaging way.

· Provide information about responsible gaming tools and promote safe play.

· Build strong customer relationships by creating a welcoming and supportive experience.

· Identify customer interests to personalize recommendations and encourage engagement.

· Handle basic technical questions (login, deposits, withdrawals) and escalate when needed.

· Follow regulatory guidelines and company procedures during all customer interactions.

· Accurately document call outcomes and customer feedback in the CRM system.

· Collect insights from first-time users to help improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

· Fluent French (C level or higher) is a must

· Good command of English (B2 or above)

· Previous experience in iGaming, FX is highly desirable

· Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

· Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
