Sales Representative – B2B Sales
Fully Promoted is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our customer base by building relationships with local businesses. This is a field sales role focused on prospecting, in-person visits, follow-ups, and repeat business.

What You’ll Do
- Visit businesses throughout an assigned territory, including offices, retail locations, restaurants, and industrial parks
- Introduce the Fully Promoted brand and explain our apparel, promotional products, and branding services
- Identify new business opportunities through in-person prospecting
- Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers
- Present product options, promotions, and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Gather customer information and return qualified leads for quoting
- Deliver quotes and follow up consistently to close business
- Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and active prospects
- Re-market assigned areas on a recurring basis
- Support existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Complete Fully Promoted sales training, including prospecting techniques, objection handling, and suggestive selling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in territory sales, B2B sales, or direct marketing
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers daily
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory and follow-ups independently
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn sales and CRM systems
- Understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals
