Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty
- Conduct product presentations and provide professional consultation to inform customer decisions
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to secure sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives through effective sales strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Relevant sales experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industries to support effective client engagement
- Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
