For our Client we are looking for a:

Sales Representative - Healthcare (m/f)

Location: Zagreb / Field Work

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer needs, procurement processes, and decision-making within healthcare
• Developing relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions across Croatia
• Identifying new business opportunities and arranging customer meetings
• Presenting the product portfolio and conducting commercial negotiations
• Regular field work and travel throughout Croatia

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
• Degree in economics or healthcare field (e.g. pharmacy, biotechnology, natural sciences, or similar)
• Understanding of healthcare procurement and hospital decision-making processes
• Strong sales mindset, communication, and negotiation skills
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Valid Category B driving license
• Willingness to travel throughout Croatia
