Sales Representative (Indoor)

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and phone call enquiries professionally.
• Promote and sell our range of tiles and related products.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable tile products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries and close sales.
• Coordinate with Operation Department for stock availability and delivery/collection dates.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, interior designers, and other clients.
• Keep the showroom and product displays neat and attractive.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Sales experience is preferred, preferably in tiles, building materials, renovation or interior products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confident personality and customer-oriented approach.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Computer literate with good general PC skills
