MaidThis Cleaning of Northwest San Antonio is the local location of MaidThis, a national home cleaning brand. We help busy Texas families come home to a spotless house. Most of your day is spent with people who already want a cleaner or are calling with real intent, plus some outreach to local businesses as we grow.
What your day looks like
📞 Be the friendly voice homeowners hear first. New quote requests come in and you call or text them within a minute, while they are still excited.
💬 Answer questions, share pricing with confidence, and turn "just looking" into "see you Thursday!"
🔁 Win back people who went quiet. A smart, kind follow up is where great reps shine.
🏆 Handle objections with a smile and help families save time with a recurring plan.
🏢 Introduce us to local offices and realtors as we grow our business side.
📋 Keep every call and text logged in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
You will thrive here if you
✅ Speak fluent, confident English
✅ Have 2+ years in phone sales or appointment setting (home services is a plus)
✅ Actually enjoy calling people and never sound nervous
✅ Are warm, personable, and bounce right back from a "no"
✅ Have reliable internet, a quiet space, a headset, and a computer

The details
100% remote. Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm US Central Time.
$800 to $900 USD per month base plus uncapped commission on every booked clean.
Independent contractor, paid in USD.
Location: Remote - GMT-07:00 to GMT-05:00
