SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Sales Representative at PT Japfa Food Indonesia, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence for a variety of food products within a designated territory. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for a range of food products.
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including potential distributors, retailers, and food service establishments.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
* Negotiate sales contracts and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote PT Japfa Food Indonesia's products.
* Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
* Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse clients.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
