📍 Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Compensation: ₦100,000–₦150,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Representative who can engage customers, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries onsite and across WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok.
• Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication.
• Provide accurate product and pricing information.
• Process customer orders, including product selection, sizing, payments and delivery.
• Follow up with leads to increase sales and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate daily records of sales, orders, payments and customer interactions.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND from a recognised institution.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales, not just respond to enquiries.
• Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Ability to work onsite on Lagos Island, Monday to Saturday.
