Sales Representative

  • Conduct regular visits to existing partner agencies to maintain strong relationships and ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential new partner agencies to expand the company's network.
  • Develop and follow a structured daily visit plan to maximize productivity and coverage.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports summarizing agency meetings, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor agency activity, including login and booking records, to evaluate engagement and performance.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department to verify agency payment status and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agency interactions, contracts, bookings, and payment history.
  • Provide management with regular feedback, market insights, and recommendations based on agency performance and field observations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner agencies to support business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure all agency documentation and records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company standards.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily for agency visits.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and agency operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow a structured schedule.
