Sales Representative
Identifying new sales opportunities, conducting regular customer visits, and maintaining strong communication with existing clients.
Providing exceptional customer service and support will be another crucial aspect of your role. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your ability to build collaborative relationships and gather valuable feedback will be instrumental in enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to customers, conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate and support our clients' purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet assigned sales goals
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular visits and maintain frequent communication with existing customers
- Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing team
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a sales representative or account executive
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools
- Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
Line Management
- Reporting directly to the National Field Manager
Working Conditions:
Office-based with travel to meet with customers, partners, or attend industry events
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
