Job Description – Sales Representative
Location: Lexington, KY

Xpress Conveyors & Vulcanizing is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the bulk material handling and conveyor industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial equipment and services and be capable of identifying customer needs while providing solutions for conveyor maintenance, repair, and installation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Promote conveyor maintenance, repair, installation, and related industrial services.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Conduct customer site visits to assess equipment and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in bulk material handling, conveyor systems, industrial service, or conveyor maintenance required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the region.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
