What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression by delivering a warm customer-focused experience.
• Help customers find the right vehicle by showcasing features, answering questions, and providing exciting hands-on vehicle demonstrations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers while creating new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community connections.
• Use CRM tools, manage customer information, and provide personalized follow-up throughout the buying process.
• Connect with prospective customers by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Provide a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience from the initial conversation through delivery and introduction to our Service team.
• Become a vehicle expert by staying current on product knowledge, pricing, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends.
• Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment that makes customers feel welcome.
• Support a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, encouraging teammates, and celebrating single and team successes.
• Develop your sales skills while taking advantage of training, and career growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive sales experience or similar experience
• Familiarity with dealership management systems
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
