What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery.

• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while showcasing Honda features, technology, and benefits.

• Manage and follow up with showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.

• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.

• We prefer someone who has the ability to work well as part of a team.

• We prefer someone who can represent the Honda brand with confidence.

• Comfortable working weekends and a flexible retail schedule.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
