Sales Representative (M/F/X) A leading company in the motorcycle sector is looking to hire a Sales Representative to manage and develop its dealer network nationwide. What will your mission be? To manage and develop the dealer network in your assigned area, maintaining a constant market presence to achieve sales, market share, and motorcycle profitability objectives. Main functions Execute the commercial action plan for the area, setting objectives per dealer. Regularly visit the dealer network to evaluate results and agree on improvement plans. Detect expansion opportunities by acquiring new dealers and points of sale. Monitor orders, inventories, and the customer portfolio of each dealer. Analyze sales, registrations, and market share, identifying trends and competitor movements. Coordinate with the Aftersales department regarding customer satisfaction management, warranties, and incidents. Represent the brand at events, fairs, and promotional actions. Manage and develop the assigned dealer portfolio. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce, or Industrial Organization Engineering. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or commercial development. Experience in territory management and relationships with dealer networks, distributors, or points of sale. Accustomed to working with commercial objectives. B2 English level. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and experience using CRM. Valid driving licenses A and B. Availability to travel frequently throughout Spain. What do we offer? Immediate start on an indefinite term contract. Salary starting from 30k. Wide autonomy in the management of the assigned area.
