Sales Representative – Commission Only (Remote, UAE)

MotionHouse is a UAE media agency delivering outdoor (OOH), transport, digital out-of-home (DOOH), social media, and event solutions for brands across the Emirates. We're growing and looking for driven, results-focused sales professionals to bring new clients on board.
The role
- Find and win new clients for our advertising and media services
- Build relationships with marketing managers, business owners, and brand teams
- Present MotionHouse solutions and work with our team to close deals
- Work remotely while consistently meeting your monthly sales target
Performance expectations
- Every representative has a minimum monthly sales target
- Progress is reviewed regularly
- Representatives who don't meet their targets will not be retained
- This role is for serious closers who want to perform, not a casual side gig
What you earn
- 10% commission on every deal you close
- No cap on earnings: the more you close, the more you make
- Commission-only, freelance arrangement
Skills
Who we're looking for
- Based in the UAE with a strong local business network
- Proven sales experience, ideally in advertising, media, marketing, or B2B
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined working independently
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
