Sales Representative - Murcia

About the role

At Grupo Térvalis we are looking to hire;

• 1 Agricultural Commercial Delegate in the field area of Cartagena (San Javier, Torre Pacheco, Cartagena, Fuente Álamo)
• 1 Agricultural Commercial Delegate in the northwest and central area (Bullas, Mula, Caravaca, Calasparra, Cieza)

You will be responsible for driving business growth in the area through the management and development of clients in the distribution channel and/or cooperatives, offering value solutions adapted to their needs.

What you'll do

• Understand the farmer, visiting them regularly to learn about their real needs in the field.
• Provide technical advisory on crop optimization, plant nutrition, and solving agronomic issues.
• Offer technical and commercial solutions through our products, ensuring their proper application and follow-up on results.
• Manage and develop the client portfolio in the distribution channel and cooperatives in the assigned area.
• Establish and maintain solid, trusting relationships with distributors, cooperatives, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, expanding the distribution network and spotting potential clients in the area.
• Promote and position the company's products, ensuring their proper implementation in the channel.
• Coordinate commercial and training activities with distributors to drive market growth and sales.
• Analyze the market, competition, and industry trends to define effective commercial strategies.
• Monitor commercial targets, sales performance, and the fulfillment of plans in the assigned area.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field
• Experience in agricultural advisory/sales
• Knowledge of crops in the area
• Results-oriented with strong commercial skills
• Residence in or connection with the Murcia area
• Proactive attitude and passion for the sector
