Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales, client acquisition, marketing, and market expansion for fire protection and life safety training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training registrations, client acquisition, and revenue.
Identify and engage corporate clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and other potential customers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility.
Promote training courses, certifications, facilities, instructors, and training capabilities through appropriate marketing channels.
Develop innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the academy's position in the fire protection and life safety training market.
Research new markets, industries, companies, and sectors requiring fire, emergency response, HSE, and life safety training.
Identify and develop opportunities to introduce training programs to new industries and geographic markets.
Set and monitor sales, lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve business results.
Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after training programs.
Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Drive repeat business, referrals, corporate contracts, and long-term training partnerships.
