Window World is looking for motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our Baton Rouge team.

This isn't a cold-calling sales position. You'll have the opportunity to meet with homeowners who are interested in improving their homes and help them choose the right Window World solutions, including replacement windows, doors, and siding.

No industry experience? We'll teach you our products and process with three weeks of paid training.

If you have sales experience, know how to connect with customers, and are motivated by a performance-based earning opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs
• Recommend Window World products and solutions based on each customer's needs and budget
• Present product options and confidently guide customers through the sales process
• Measure windows and project areas to prepare accurate estimates
• Prepare and present project estimates to customers
• Build trust and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process
• Maintain knowledge of Window World products, services, promotions, and financing options
• Manage appointments and sales opportunities while working toward individual and team goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales or related customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, personable, and comfortable meeting with homeowners
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to handle objections and stay motivated throughout the sales process
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer appointments
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends based on customer appointments
• Ability to attend weekly Wednesday meetings at our Baton Rouge office
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to complete three weeks of paid training
