Sales Representative (Pre-sales)
Salary: $18,000 – $23,000 per month
About the role
This position involves visiting retail shops, shopping malls, industrial buildings and event booths according to designated routes to contact shop owners or managers and arrange twenty-minute product demonstrations. You will not be responsible for quotations or contract signing.
Key responsibilities
Visit retail shops, shopping malls, industrial buildings and activity booths according to assigned routes
Provide brief introduction of the company and obtain decision-maker's WhatsApp contact information
Arrange 20-minutes meeting times on-site whenever possible
Record on the same day: shop name, industry, contact method, existing systems, main operational difficulties and appointment time
Submit complete information through the system for follow-up by sales colleagues
For customers referred by company partners, similarly complete information and arrange appointments
About you
Possess legal working qualifications in Hong Kong
Fluent in Cantonese with ability to proactively approach shop managers
Accept working outside the office for most of the week
Experience in retail, food and beverage or service industry shop operations preferred; software sales experience not required
Diligent with good stress management ability and capable of completing simple daily records
Benefits
Basic monthly salary: HKD 15,000
Meeting arrangement bonus and transportation allowance: HKD 1,000
Total monthly compensation approximately HKD 21,000 to 25,000 for good performance
Bonuses calculated only for qualified appointments where decision-makers actually attend
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (approximately 8 hours); one day off per week
Mandatory Provident Fund, paid annual leave, on-the-job training
