Role: Senior Sales Representative
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, PHP1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential pay (whenever applicable)
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM CT (8:00 PM tp 5:00 AM PHT)
Work Setup: Office-based in San Fernando, Pampanga

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels
- Make cold calls and conduct sales negotiations
- Present our services and answer questions from potential customers
- Close deals and onboard new customers
- Provide ongoing support to the customers you bring to the company
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Keep customer information up to date in our CRM
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth cooperation

Requirements
- Native or near-native American English with clear, natural pronunciation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident on the phone and comfortable making cold calls
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on results
