Sales Representative

About the role

📍We are expanding our team in the Vallecas and Moratalaz areas! We are incorporating sales representatives for a stable project alongside our client Endesa, with whom we have been collaborating successfully since 2017 with 60 professionals. You will offer the best solutions and services in the energy sector to the customers who visit the Alcampo in Vallecas or Moratalaz.

What you'll do

- 🗣️ Active prospecting for the commercialization and closing of contracts within the Endesa portfolio.

What we're looking for

- 💼 Sales profile with a proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented attitude. Previous experience as a sales representative, promoter, canvasser, or teleoperator is valued.

- 💻 Agility in the use of IT applications (CRM and reporting).

- 📅 Full and immediate availability.

Nice to have

- ⚡ Knowledge of the energy sector is valued.

- 🧩 A valid disability certificate of 33% or higher is valued.

What you'll get

- ⏰ Rotating intensive schedule from Monday to Saturday (choose the workday that best suits you).

36 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 21:30.

30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 to 14:30 or 16:30 to 21:30.

- 💰 Attractive compensation package: guaranteed fixed salary of €1,068 or €1,282 gross/month (depending on the chosen schedule) + significant variable incentives based on objectives (uncapped commission).
