Job Summary

Drive regional channel sales growth by developing sales plans, managing client relationships, and optimizing store performance to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales plans to expand and manage regional client portfolios and achieve sales targets
• Conduct regular store and customer visits to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, merchandising standards, and product availability on shelves
• Provide accurate sales, inventory, and purchasing data to support store promotional activities and resolve client issues promptly
• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients to understand their needs and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage client payment term risks by monitoring accounts and ensuring timely payments
• Stay informed on industry trends and conditions to recommend strategies for improving channel sales performance

This role is an expansion of the sales team.
