Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for potential clients and ensuring accurate information is collected for case evaluation. You will serve as the initial point of contact, gathering essential details and coordinating with attorneys, case managers, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
· Conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant case details and documentation.
· Accurately enter client information into the case management system.
· Assess case eligibility based on firm guidelines and escalate qualified cases to attorneys or case managers.
· Schedule consultations and follow up with clients as needed.
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and ethical standards.
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth intake process.
Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma.
· Experience:
o Minimum of 1 year of consecutive experience in sales or customer service but sales-oriented (required).
o Previous experience with law firms or legal roles is a plus but not mandatory.
· Skills & Attributes:
o Soft skills are critical—attitude and communication.
o Strong sales skills, empathetic tone, and ability to handle calls professionally.
o Excellent English proficiency with clear pronunciation and minimal accent.
o Bilingual required (English fluency is essential).
o High energy, clarity, and active listening skills.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
o Familiarity with Genesis and Litify (Salesforce-based) platforms is a plus.
