Sales Representative
What You'll Do
- Own and execute a territory growth strategy
- Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Drive demand through our dealer network
- Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and industry events
- Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset
- Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM and sales technology
- Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field with customers
