Compensation
Base Salary: $42,000 annually
Pay-for-Performance (PFP): Eligible to participate in Eagle’s Pay-for-Performance program, with an annual target opportunity of $18,000 based on performance and program requirements.

Role Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory. This position works directly with retail accounts to build customer relationships, increase product distribution, maintain product placement, and identify opportunities to grow sales across Eagle’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail accounts to manage sales, inventory, pricing, and product placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution, shelf space, and product visibility.
Make recommendations regarding inventory and product needs based on sales history and account performance.
Gather customer and market information and communicate relevant trends and opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions within the assigned territory.
Execute sales strategies and promotional programs to support revenue and market-share growth.
Work with customers to address account needs and provide a high level of service.
Attend sales meetings to review performance, market activity, and sales opportunities.
Represent Eagle Distributing at promotions, events, and in-store marketing activities.
Maintain knowledge of Eagle’s products, pricing, promotions, and sales programs.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Sales, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant training and work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Previous sales, retail, customer service, or account management experience preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
