As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for ambitious Sales Representatives based in Bosnia and Herzegovina to join our growing remote team.

What You'll Do
You will communicate with business owners and managers across Bosnia and Herzegovina, understand their hiring challenges, and introduce Core Migration's recruitment solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contact potential business clients through calls and other communication channels
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Understand employers' recruitment and workforce needs
- Present Core Migration's recruitment solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with potential clients and manage sales opportunities
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and organized communication

Requirements
- Fluent Bosnian / Serbian / Croatian or another relevant local language
- Good English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is an advantage
