The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Verse Telecom’s fibre internet services, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers within target markets.
- Promote Verse Telecom’s fibre internet plans and services.
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Educate customers on available internet plans, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Work closely with the technical and customer service teams to facilitate customer onboarding and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales, and customer information.
