Sales Role - Foreign Portfolio Investor - Equity Institutional Desk

The Corporate - A Very Large Capital Market intermediary with a High Growth established Institutional Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive FPI (Foreign Portfolio Investor) client acquisition and business development for the Institutional Equity Desk

- Build and maintain strong relationships with global institutional clients, offshore funds, and asset managers

- Execute sales strategies to increase institutional market share and equity trade flows

- Coordinate closely with Equity Research, Trading Desk, and Operations to deliver high-quality execution and client service

- Work directly with senior leadership to scale institutional equities business

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven track record in FPI Sales / Institutional Equity Sales within Capital Markets

- Deep understanding of Foreign Portfolio Investments, cash equity markets, and institutional onboarding processes

- Strong network and existing relationships with global institutional investors and FPI clients

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and commercial negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to FPIs and institutional trading in India
