Manage and deal with distributor's applications, rule violations, unauthorized online selling cases, and distributor award verification; support the execution of distributor education and training to comply with Rules of Conduct and Code of Ethic and enforce local and global policies.
⚫ Process and deal with distributor's award verifications, various violation cases to ensure distributors having proper business conduct; and manage applications from distributors for the change of distributorship.
⚫ Support the distributor’s education and training for the Rules of Conduct and Code of Ethic.
⚫ Support the implementation of policies and rules revisions of the Rules of Conduct to comply with global policies and relevant laws and regulations.
⚫Help to address the violation cases and issue of unauthorized online selling and provide timely information and the status quo for the management taking appropriate and necessary actions.

負責處理經銷商申請案件、違規案件、未經授權之網路銷售案件及獎銜資格審核，並協助推動經銷商教育訓練，以確保符合 Rules of Conduct、Code of Ethics 及全球與在地政策規範。
⚫ 辦理經銷商獎銜資格審核、各類違規案件處理及經銷權變更申請，確保經銷商之營運行為符合公司規範。
⚫ 協助執行經銷商之 Rules of Conduct 與 Code of Ethics 教育訓練。
⚫ 協助推動 Rules of Conduct 政策與規範修訂作業，以符合全球政策及相關法令規定。
⚫ 協助處理未經授權之網路銷售及相關違規案件，並即時提供案件資訊與現況分析，供管理階層採取適當措施。
