Key Responsibilities

Tasks

Sales Support activities

• Collaborate with sales representatives to carry out tasks necessary for sales.
• Support tasks required for new sales, such as pricing, preparing presentation materials for clients, and reports.
• Support operational setup tasks upon securing new clients.
• Manage customer service for existing clients.

Customer and account management

• The function handles customer inquiries and requests promptly, managing issues such as orders, returns, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Customer and account information is accurately maintained in the system, and account status is monitored to ensure stable business relationships.

Operation of sales processes and systems:

• Operates and manages core sales processes, including order handling, credit control, invoicing, and returns, minimizing errors and improving efficiency.
• It maintains data quality in sales systems and tools and proposes process improvements when necessary.

Cross-functional collaboration and information hub:

• The role coordinates communication with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and activities.
• Market trends, promotion results, and customer feedback are consolidated to provide insights that support sales strategy development.

Another tasks:

• Monitoring, and supporting internal processes
• Developing internal processes
• Answering questions posed by customers and solving problems
• Support all of the Eastern EU branch
• Use internal systems

Requirements

Qualification: College/ University degree,

High proficiency in Korean and English

At least 1-3 years experiences in similar position

Other skills: Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel), flexible, and good problem solving ability, good communication skills in Chinese, Korean and English (both written and oral), independent and precise work.
