Sales & Service Technician I

Job Summary

Mosaic Technologies is growing, and we are looking to add a Sales & Service Technician to our team in Cameron, WI. The Sales & Service Technician installs telephone, Internet, TV, and security solutions to provide customers with state-of-the-art products and services. The successful candidate understands the importance of customer service, teamwork, timeliness, quality, and safety. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in doing their best every day to deliver quality products and services while providing customers with an outstanding experience.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

· Review work orders, gather materials needed for installation, read maps to determine location, and communicate with customers.

· Installation, maintenance, and repair of copper and fiber systems for residential and commercial customers.

· Install connections, fittings, and termination hardware for connection to end-user equipment.

· Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure adequate performance of Internet, phone, TV, and security services.

· Convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to customers.

· Complete tasks within specified timeframe while offering world-class customer service.

· Report time for jobs completed and obtain customer signoff on completed work.

Qualifications and Skills

· 2-year degree in telecommunications or related field.

· At least one year of applicable experience

· Dependability to the company, co-workers, and customers
