Job Role

We are hiring Sales Specialists for the Digital Health vertical of Fibe. The role involves helping patients arrange loans for their medical treatments through our partnered clinics and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with partnered hospitals and clinics to identify patients who require financial assistance for medical treatments.
- Contact patients and explain the available medical loan options.
- Assist patients throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Collect and verify the required documents from patients.
- Have a clear understanding of loan processing, documentation, approval and disbursement procedures.
- Follow up with patients until the loan amount is successfully disbursed.
- Maintain good relationships with hospital coordinators and healthcare partners.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Personal Loan sales is mandatory.
- Candidates must have practical knowledge of loan processing, required documents and loan disbursement.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills are required.
- Candidates must have relevant employment documents from their previous company, including:
- Offer Letter (OL)
- Relieving Letter (RL)
- Latest Salary Slip

Important: Candidates without relevant Personal Loan experience or the required previous employment documents will not be considered.
