Job Requirements:
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to US-based business/fleet owners to generate lead pipelines and present acquisition offers.
- Evaluate basic company background, FMCSA safety metrics, and compliance records during initial conversations (training provided).
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and assist in closing onboarding/transfer deals.
- Maintain accurate records of lead statuses and communication in the CRM system.
- English Level: IELTS Speaking 6.0+ (fluent conversational English is a must).
- Shift: 19:00 – 03:00 (Night Shift / US Business Hours)
