Job Requirements:
• Find and onboard new shipping customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers.
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Follow up with customers and provide excellent service.
• Work with our operations team to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Bring and manage your own network of shippers.

Additional Requirements:
• Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
• Existing network of shippers is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, or other load boards is a plus.
