THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring 55 Sales Specialists to join our growing Central Leasing team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the front-line sales driver across multiple apartment communities, turning prospects into residents through expert guidance, personalized service, and a passion for results.
As a Sales Specialist, you are not just filling apartments — you are helping people find their home. Under the direction of a Sales Manager, you will execute leasing strategies, build genuine relationships, and deliver an exceptional experience that sets Morgan Properties apart.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that rewards motivated self-starters who thrive in a goal-oriented environment and take pride in exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Execution & Customer Experience
Develop comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties and local markets to confidently address all prospect inquiries while maintaining Fair Housing compliance.
Identify individual prospect needs and craft customized leasing solutions, including virtual tours and digital leasing materials.
Create welcoming, consultative leasing interactions that consistently convert prospects into applicants.
Proactively address and resolve objections, concerns, and questions to keep the leasing journey on track.
Guide prospects through every step of the process with clarity and commitment, from first contact through signed lease.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with on-site operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from prospect to applicant to resident.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with community teams to stay aligned on availability, specials, and community updates.
Represent Morgan Properties' culture and brand values in every interaction — internally and externally.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Track personal leasing metrics and sales activity on a daily and weekly basis.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Deliver clear, data-driven updates to your Regional Sales Manager and contribute to team-wide continuous improvement efforts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
3+ years of related experience in sales, leasing, or a transferable customer-facing role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
Valid driver's license required.
Tools & Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
- Primary environment: Remote
- Travel: Occasional travel to support assigned properties may be required.
- Schedule: 5-day work week; one set day off plus one rotating day off.
