Sales Specialist (German)

Controlling, monitoring and improving of the whole logistics chain for individual special original equipment parts with the aim of maximizing availability and customer service as well as minimizing logistic costs; Monitoring, controlling and clearing of incoming EDI-demands with customer, processing scheduling agreements, deliveries, invoicing, returns, claims, credit and debit notes; Manual order and forecast processing form web-portal, e-mail; Processing of short term order requests from customers via phone, e-mail and web-portal over the complete supply chain; Managing of escalation process from operational level to key account manager over factory management up to head of sales and global head of production; Planning and releasing of customer shipments under consideration of transport costs, delivery times and shipment priorities;
