  • Guide clients toward the best-fit experience across The Manors' six-venue portfolio when appropriate.
  • Guide couples, families, and event hosts through approved pricing, packages, catering selections, equipment, upgrades, and available options.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and contracts, address questions and objections, and move qualified opportunities through signature and deposit.
  • Follow established pricing, packaging, discount, and approval standards while confidently selling value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline stages, client activity, next actions, lead attribution, and required documentation within the CRM.
  • Develop productive referral relationships with planners, photographers, florists, and other event-industry partners.
  • Complete a timely and accurate Sales-to-Events handoff and follow established ownership and communication protocols after transition.
  • Participate in required onboarding, training, coaching, pipeline reviews, and venue/product education.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, luxury, real estate, or another high-value consultative sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in commission-based, consultative, or high-ticket sales.
  • Confidence guiding clients through emotional, high-value purchasing decisions with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline across a fast-moving sales pipeline.
  • Consistent weekend and evening availability aligned with peak tour and event schedules.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across multiple venue locations.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
  • A warm, polished communication style that builds trust with clients, families, and vendor partners.
  • Strongly preferred: familiarity with diverse menu styles and multicultural wedding traditions, including multi-day celebrations, religious and dietary requirements such as halal and kosher sourcing, varied service formats, and large-format guest counts.

Relevant backgrounds may include: luxury hospitality, upscale restaurant service and catering, independent wedding planning, event or meeting sales, residential real estate, vacation ownership, fine jewelry, medical aesthetics, and hotel or country club event sales.

  • Company-generated sales opportunities
  • Opportunity to sell across The Manors' Northern Virginia venue portfolio
  • Uncapped commission potential
